Privacy Policy

Vibe Motion AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture from the OAuth provider. We store only what is necessary to identify your account.

Content you create

Prompts, conversations, generated compositions (HTML/CSS/JS), and uploaded reference files are stored so you can access and iterate on your projects. We do not sell or share this content with third parties.

Usage data

We collect credit consumption, feature usage, and error logs to improve the service, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.

Payment information

Billing is handled by Stripe. We never store raw card details; Stripe returns only a token and subscription metadata that we store to manage your plan.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Vibe Motion AI service.
To process payments and manage your subscription and credit balance.
To send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
To forward your prompts to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, WaveSpeed) solely for the purpose of generating a response on your behalf.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services. Each is governed by its own privacy policy.

AI providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, and WaveSpeed receive your prompts and conversation context to generate responses. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle this data.

Stripe — Processes subscription payments. Your card data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy.

Google / GitHub — OAuth providers used for sign-in.

Amazon S3 — Stores generated video files and uploaded reference assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and projects for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics scripts that fingerprint your device.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored — we use OAuth exclusively. Database backups are encrypted at rest. Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Vibe Motion AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
